PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL

SUBJECT:     Annual Performance Appraisals


It is the policy of the Board of Regents and Albany State University that the University conducts a performance appraisal on each employee annually. The University’s annual performance appraisal timeframe is from March 1-February 28.

 

The appraisal form is can be located on the Fiscal Affairs website under Human Resources for supervisors and employees to view and allow adequate time for all to know what he or she will be rated on. 


During a review session, performance objectives and professional development should be discussed. Each review should be signed by the employee and the supervisor. Additionally, each Vice President within the respective divisions should also sign the reviews.


All reviews should be completed and forwarded to the Office of Human Resources Management by 12:00 noon on March 17, 2014. Mrs. Brandi Foster will be leading this effort and ensuring that all appraisals are received in Human Resources.
