Below you will find a list of frequently asked questions. If a question you have is not answered below, please refer to the Faculty orientation information, for a detailed user guide of specific D2L tools and features.


General Questions

 
Q: What is D2L?
A:

 

D2L is short for Desire2Learn, the Learning Management System used at all USG schools.

Q:

 

How do I login to D2L?

A:

 

The login URL is: https://asurams.view.usg.edu. To login, enter your ASU Network ID username (JBrown) and password. This is the same username and password used to login to MyCampus, campus computer labs, etc.

Q:Why am I unable to login?
A:

 

 

If you are a new student, you may need to reset your password. You can find instructions at the following link: Login Instructions.
If you are a returning student, but your password has expired, you must contact the ITS Help Desk at 229-430-4909 in order to reset your password. 

 

Q:Where can I go for help with D2L?
A:

 

The Faculty Orientation Site provides detailed information on the aspects of using D2L. If your question is not answered by the D2L Orientation documentation,  you can contact the 24x7 D2L helpdesk number for assistance at 1-855-772-0423.

 

Q:How do I access course content/documents?
A:

 

After logging into D2L, you will see an item which says "My Courses" on the right-hand side of your browser. Simply click the name of the course. This will take you to the course homepage. To access documents, click on "Content" which is located in the upper portion of the page.
